The ASTF is a leading player in occupational health and prevention in Luxembourg. Our mission is to provide medical monitoring and support to employees in the financial sector, in close collaboration with employers and multidisciplinary teams.

Your responsibilities
• Ensure physical and telephone reception of visitors;
• Manage medical appointments, summonses, and administrative follow-up;
• Assist doctors in preparing and conducting medical examinations;
• Perform certain medical tests according to internal protocols;
• Enter and update electronic medical records;
• Collaborate to ensure the smooth functioning of the medical and administrative team;
• Contribute to the management of equipment and logistical organization of consultations.

Your profile
• Training in the administrative, paramedical, or equivalent field;
• Previous experience in a similar function (medical or administrative) is an asset;
• Excellent organization, rigor, and sense of confidentiality;
• Autonomy, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Team spirit and good interpersonal skills;
• Bilingual in French and English, German and/or Luxembourgish are assets;
• Comfortable with common computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
