Objectives
This training aims to provide participants with the keys to preventing harassment and contributing to a culture of respect.
- For employees: detecting the first signs of harassment, setting and enforcing one’s boundaries, seeking help quickly, strengthening personal resources to preserve well-being.
- For Managers: understanding their key role, quickly identifying at-risk behaviors, establishing a respectful and safe work environment.
Training Content
- Understanding the legal framework: obligations, rights and responsibilities of each party;
- Defining harassment: moral, sexual or discriminatory;
- Measuring the impacts: the human and health cost for the individual and the consequences for the organization;
- Case studies: concrete situational exercises to analyze, detect and respond effectively.
