Participants will receive the keys to understanding the stress phenomenon, to limiting its effects and strengthening their personal and professional balance.
Training Content
- Understanding stress: Presentation of its definition and main characteristics;
- Mechanisms and physiological role: Explanation of how it works in the body and its usefulness as a natural reaction;
- The dangers of chronic stress: Highlighting the negative impacts on health and quality of life when it becomes persistent;
- Restoring personal balance: Practical approaches and tools to better manage stress and strengthen daily well-being.
Teaching Methods
- Interactive presentation;
- Self-assessment questionnaire and knowledge quiz;
- Relaxation exercises.
