Psychologist – Permanent contract 50% (20h/week)
The ASTF is a leading player in occupational health and prevention in Luxembourg. Our mission is to provide medical monitoring and support to employees in the financial sector, in close collaboration with employers and multidisciplinary teams.
As part of the development of the ASTF, we are looking for a psychologist (M/W).
Job Description:
Consultations and psychological support
• Provide individual psychological consultations.
• Intervene in crisis situations or psychological distress.
Training and prevention
• Design and deliver training on workplace health topics.
• Propose prevention measures (primary, secondary and tertiary) and support affiliated companies.
Multidisciplinary collaboration
• Collaborate with occupational physicians, nurses and administrative teams.
Psychosocial risk assessment (PSR)
• Conduct diagnostics, interviews and observations in companies.
• Formulate recommendations to reduce psychosocial risks.
Your profile
Education and experience:
• Degree in psychology; a specialization in occupational psychology is considered an asset.
• Previous experience in individual support with people suffering from psychological distress.
• Comfortable with oral presentations in front of an audience.
Key skills:
• Bilingual in French and English; German/Luxembourgish are assets.
• Strong ability to deliver training to all types of audiences (general public, managers, human resources, etc.).
• Ability to handle crisis situations with professionalism and diplomacy.
