Preventing psychosocial risks at work
Psychosocial risks affect both physical and mental health and represent a major challenge for employee well being and organizational performance. They stem from working conditions, job organization, and professional relationships.
This training helps you identify them, understand their impacts, and integrate them into daily health management.
Objectives
Two complementary formats:
For employees: a pathway focused on individual prevention, stress management, and strengthening personal resources.
For managers: a program centered on the managerial role, early detection of warning signs, and team support.
