Psycho-social risks

This training is designed to raise awareness among participants about psychosocial risks (PSR) and their prevention in the workplace.
Training Content
This training provides participants with the knowledge and tools to identify and prevent psychosocial risks (PSR) to create a healthy and safe work environment.
Participants will learn to recognize the signs and symptoms of PSR, such as stress, anxiety, depression, violence, and harassment, and understand the factors that contribute to their occurrence.
They will also discover strategies and techniques for preventing PSR.
Participants will be sensitized to the importance of mental health and the need to take care of their well-being at work.
Target Audience
All employees of companies affiliated with the ASTF.
