Accessible to all profiles, this experience enables the discovery of serenity and the benefits of relaxation.

This series of workshops will guide you step by step through proven methods, promoting lasting well-being on both physical and mental levels, and will allow you to see what works for you.

Throughout this training, you will explore:

  • Progressive muscle relaxation (Jacobson), to learn how to identify and release bodily tensions in a targeted manner.
  • Le training autogène, une technique d’auto-relaxation favorisant l’équilibre émotionnel grâce à des exercices de concentration mentale.
  • Mindfulness, to develop active awareness of the present moment, reducing stress and improving mental clarity.
  • Sophrology, which combines visualization and breathing to strengthen inner harmony and self-confidence.
  • Each session is organized according to a clear and pedagogical agenda, combining theory and practice, to enable you to master these relaxation tools and integrate them effectively into your personal or professional daily life.

All employees of ASTF member companies, regardless of their function, physical condition, or experience with relaxation methods.
