This training gives you the keys to understanding stress mechanisms and dealing with them effectively.

Participants will receive the keys to understanding the stress phenomenon, to limiting its effects and strengthening their personal and professional balance.

  • Understanding stress: Presentation of its definition and main characteristics;
  • Mechanisms and physiological role: Explanation of how it works in the body and its usefulness as a natural reaction;
  • The dangers of chronic stress: Highlighting the negative impacts on health and quality of life when it becomes persistent;
  • Restoring personal balance: Practical approaches and tools to better manage stress and strengthen daily well-being.
  • Interactive presentation;
  • Self-assessment questionnaire and knowledge quiz;
  • Relaxation exercises.
