Inventory of risk positions - Tertiary Sector

The purpose of this guide is to help employers in the tertiary sector to fulfil their legal obligations to draw up an inventory of risk positions in their company, in accordance with the Labour Code and Article L. 326-4. 

The form you are about to fill out contains drop-down lists with many choices. As a service sector company, you are only concerned by a part of these risks. This guide has been written to simplify the filling process.
