A training to improve employee health and well-being by teaching them the best practices for ergonomic screen work.

Enable participants to understand and apply ergonomic principles in order to reduce physical risks and improve their comfort and efficiency in daily work;
Understand the effects of static posture on the body and learn to reduce risks through ergonomic adjustment of their workstation.

The office chair:

  • Essential requirements for a good chair;
  • Available adjustment options;
  • How to adjust your chair yourself to fit your body type.

The desk (sitting / standing position):

  • Requirements for an ergonomic desk;
  • Adjustments tailored to individual size and needs.

The work surface:

  • Overall organization to limit strain;
  • Screen position and height;
  • Keyboard and mouse alignment.

Actions speak louder than words: after the theoretical part, workstation visits allow direct application of recommendations with employees. Thus, everyone benefits from both the knowledge and its personalized implementation in their workplace.

Theoretical part:
30 to 60 minutes, depending on whether the workshop is purely theoretical or more practice-oriented.
Practical part:
the exact duration will be defined after consultation, as it is necessary to know the number of participants for whom workstation setup must be carried out.

Standard workstation setup.
If the workshop is purely theoretical, a standard workstation (office chair, desk, screen, keyboard, mouse) will be useful for demonstration purposes.
