The training objective is to enable participants to learn how to mobilize their resources and adopt simple practices to realign their daily lives toward a healthier and more balanced lifestyle. Participants leave with concrete tools to design their own “perfect day,” balancing body, mind, and relationships.

Discovering your personal resources:
Nutrition: principles of balanced nutrition to fuel energy;
Sleep: understanding its essential role in recovery and performance;
Social connections: cultivating positive relationships as a wellbeing factor;
Values and leisure: aligning your activities with what matters to you.

Listening to your body:
Recognizing physical and emotional signals;
Developing self-awareness to prevent fatigue and stress;
Moving to find balance.

Practicing relaxation:
relaxation and recovery techniques.

  • Interactive presentation;
  • Interactive quiz: to test knowledge and lifestyle habits;
  • Guided discussion: exchanges on barriers and drivers of change;
  • Hands-on practice of relaxation techniques.
