A training program that enables the multiplication of expertise in worker safety and health by training resource persons who are capable of assisting and supporting Designated Workers when it comes to ergonomics.

  • Definition of risks related to screen work;
  • Basics of anatomy and ergonomics;
  • Functions and adjustments of a work chair;
  • Organization and adjustment of the work system;
  • Assessment of the work environment;
  • The lighting environment of the workplace;
  • The climatic environment of the workplace;
  • Transposition of the analysis of risk factors on remote workstations (Home-Office);
  • Understanding and completing the virtual workstation analysis questionnaire;
  • Application of the analysis criteria and adjustments to standard furniture (1 hour)
  • Designated Worker;
  • Agency/Branch Manager.
  • Security Delegate ;
  • Physical Security Manager ;
  • Facility Management employees;
  • Purchasing Manager;

Get one or more company resource persons trained to :

  • Identify and understand the risks associated with working on a screen and thus limit short,
    medium and long term health problems (mainly visual and musculoskeletal problems);
  • Adjust and properly set up the different elements of a work system according to the tasks and
    the anatomy of the operator;
  • Give a reasoned opinion on the ergonomic quality of the work environment.

3 hours of theory and 1 hour of practice.
