Objective

This series of workshops will guide you step by step through proven methods, promoting lasting well-being on both physical and mental levels, and will allow you to see what works for you.

Training Content

Throughout this training, you will explore:
  • Progressive muscle relaxation (Jacobson), to learn how to identify and release bodily tensions in a targeted manner;
  • Autogenic training is a self-relaxation technique that fosters emotional balance through mental concentration exercises;
  • Mindfulness, to develop active awareness of the present moment, reducing stress and improving mental clarity;
  • Sophrology, which combines visualization and breathing to strengthen inner harmony and self-confidence.

Teaching Methods

Each session is organized according to a clear and pedagogical agenda, combining theory and practice, to enable you to master these relaxation tools and integrate them effectively into your personal or professional daily life.

Target Audience

All employees of ASTF member companies, regardless of their function, physical condition, or experience with relaxation methods.
