This training aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the importance of sleep for health and well-being.

During this training, we will explore the different stages of sleep, including light and deep sleep stages, as well as sleep cycles. We will also examine sleep pathologies, such as insomnia, sleep apnea, and circadian rhythm disorders.

Finally, we will provide practical tips for improving sleep quality, including sleep environment, sleep habits, and strategies for managing stress and anxiety.
