Objectives
This training aims to enable you to:
- Identify your relationship with digital tools and the risks of hyper-connectivity;
- Understand the legal framework of the right to disconnect and everyone’s responsibilities in the professional world;
- Engage in collective reflection on best practices that can promote individual and collective disconnection.
Training Content
Identify your relationship with digital tools:
- Analysis of daily usage and their impacts;
- Awareness of risky behaviors;
- Understand the risks of hyper-connectivity;
- Effects on physical health (fatigue, sleep disorders, etc.);
- Consequences on mental health (stress, cognitive overload, anxiety).
Grasp the legal framework of the right to disconnect:
- Principles and legal obligations.
- Responsibilities of employees, managers and the organization.
Implement disconnection practices
- Individual strategies and collective actions.
Teaching Methods
- Presentation;
- Live polls or quizzes to discuss practices;
- Self-assessments to allow everyone to measure their own level of hyper-connectivity and their points of vigilance.
