This training aims to enable you to:

  • Understand the legal framework of the right to disconnect and everyone’s responsibilities in the professional world;
  • Engage in collective reflection on best practices that can promote individual and collective disconnection.

Identify your relationship with digital tools:

  • Analysis of daily usage and their impacts;
  • Awareness of risky behaviors;
  • Understand the risks of hyper-connectivity;
  • Effects on physical health (fatigue, sleep disorders, etc.);
  • Consequences on mental health (stress, cognitive overload, anxiety).

Grasp the legal framework of the right to disconnect:

  • Principles and legal obligations.
  • Responsibilities of employees, managers and the organization.

Implement disconnection practices

  • Individual strategies and collective actions.
  • Presentation;
  • Live polls or quizzes to discuss practices;
  • Self-assessments to allow everyone to measure their own level of hyper-connectivity and their points of vigilance.
