Seasonal affective disorder (SAD), also known as winter depression, is an increasingly concerning issue in Luxembourg.

When daylight fades and winter settles in, many employees experience a drop in energy, motivation, and mood — often without understanding why. This training sheds light on the phenomenon of winter depression, helping participants recognize its signs, understand its biological and psychological roots, and adopt practical strategies to protect their well being during the colder months. A valuable session to support healthier, more resilient teams throughout the winter season.
