Ergo-Scout

A training program that enables the multiplication of expertise in worker safety and health by training resource persons who are capable of assisting and supporting Designated Workers when it comes to ergonomics.
The Ergo‑Scout training transforms designated workers and security delegates into true ambassadors of workplace ergonomics. Participants learn to identify risks related to screen-based work, optimize workstations, and assess lighting, climate, and posture factors — both in the office and when working remotely. With practical tools and concrete adjustments, they gain the skills needed to improve comfort, prevent strain, and promote healthier work habits across the organization
