- Introduction to burnout: definition and stakes for health and the organization;
- The burnout cycle: the 12 stages described by Freudenberger and process analysis;
- Signs and symptoms: learning to recognize weak and strong signals;
- Risk factors and resources: influence of environment, professional context, personality and lifestyle habits;
- Prevention strategies: mental hygiene, stress management and work-life balance.
