Cursus HR

This training program gives HR professionals a clear understanding of the essential points of connection with occupational health services. A short, practical, and strategic format designed to strengthen collaboration between HR and occupational health and to build a safer, more inclusive, and more effective work environment.
Training presentation
By the end of the course, participants will be familiar with the legal framework, key workplace health indicators (RPS, KPIs), harassment‑prevention mechanisms, and best practices in crisis management.
They will also explore specific inclusion needs related to chronic illnesses, age diversity, and neurodiversity.
Training objectives
- Understand HR interactions with occupational medicine.
- Develop skills to identify and propose tools and strategies to deal with psychosocial risks.
- Learn about the impact of different health conditions (chronic diseases, degenerative diseases, mental health, menopause, etc.).
- Learn to manage critical situations.
- Take charge of specific elements related to inclusion.
Training content
Day 1 — Occupational medicine, health and well-being at work
- Relationship between Occupational Medicine and Human Resources;
- Legal Obligations;
- Understanding Psychosocial Risks and their Impact on Employee Health;
- Learning about the Impact of Different Health Conditions;
- Identify signs of psychological distress and risk factors;
- Identifying the Specific Needs of Employees Affected by these Health Issues.
Day 2 — Learning to manage critical situations
- Understanding critical situations and their impacts, and the possibilities for intervention;
- HR Indicators (absenteeism, illness, etc.);
- Return to Work after Long-term Absences.
Day 3 — Addressing specific elements related to inclusion
- Identifying diversity-related risk factors (neurodiversity, gender, generations, cultures, etc.).
- Telecommuting, hybrid working, the right to disconnect and its impact (advantages and risks) on health.
Day 4 — Psychological safety and harassment prevention
Day 5 — Best Individual and organizational practices
- Self-management – Where are you in your personal approach to health and how do you manage this role?
- Assessment;
- Supervision.
Practical informations and registration
Target Audience
HR professionals, members of vigilance and listening networks, of companies that are members of the ASTF.
Intra-company: Group registrations of 10 people.
Extra-companies: Individual registrations.
Duration
18 hours spread over 5 days:
• 6h on the first day,
• then 4 half-days of 3h.
Date
On planning — Earliest march 2025.
Price
Intra-company training: 5960€ per group.
Extra-company training: 596€ per person.
Certification
Upon completion of the training, a certification will be issued to participants who have attended the 5 sessions, submitted their individual work (synthesis note or presentation) and validated the final questionnaire.
