Objectives
This training aims to understand certain mental health disorders in the workplace, recognize their signs, measure their impacts on teams, and develop a compassionate leadership that promotes collective well-being while incorporating a self-care approach.
Training Content
Understand the main mental health disorders encountered in the workplace (stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, etc.).
Know how to recognize signs of distress in colleagues and collaborators to better respond to sensitive situations.
Analyze the potential individual and collective impacts on team functioning.
Recognize the specific needs of individuals suffering from mental health issues and adapt one’s behavior within a professional framework.
Clarify the role of the manager and leadership in the prevention, support, and guidance of affected collaborators.
Develop interpersonal and organizational skills to establish a supportive, inclusive, and resilient work environment.
Learn to set boundaries and take care of oneself in the professional role to avoid burnout (self-care).

Managers of companies members of the ASTF
Participant Limit
Maximum 20 people
Duration
6h (2x 3h).

Prerequisites
Ideally, participants should have completed the ‘Stress and Well-being at Work‘ and ‘Burnout: Understanding, Preventing, and Bouncing Back‘ trainings, as well as ‘The Perfect Day‘ workshop beforehand.
