Healthy leadership

Healthy leadership: Leading others starts with leading yourself

leadership-training

Healthy leadership is based on a simple truth: you cannot look after your team if you do not look after yourself.
This training course invites managers to explore their own ‘well-being habits’ — how they assess their own wellbeing, how they recharge their batteries, and who they trust to guide them — and then to apply these same questions to the way they lead their teams.

Through interactive reflection, practical tools and genuine dialogue, managers discover how their personal approach to health directly influences their teams’ psychological safety, motivation and resilience.
The result: a more mindful, balanced and human leadership style — one that boosts performance without compromising well-being.

1. Enhancing self-awareness

  • Identifying your own health indicators (energy, stress, boundaries, recovery);
  • Understanding how your habits influence your leadership style.

2. Applying personal health principles to team leadership

  • Exploring how you “measure” the health of your team;
  • Learning to detect early signs of overload, disengagement, or imbalance;
  • Building routines that support collective well-being.

3. Develop healthy leadership behaviours

  • Practicing communication that fosters trust and psychological safety;
  • Learning to set boundaries without sacrificing performance;
  • Encouraging autonomy, clarity, and sustainable productivity.

4. Build a personal and team action plan.
